Prof. Dr. Bernhard Dold, CEO of H₂-SPHERE, is a respected authority in environmental mine waste management and sustainable mining with 25+ years of experience. He aims to boost resource efficiency and foster sustainable mining operations. With a Ph.D. from the University of Geneva, he has taught and researched at universities globally. Currently, he is also President of SUMIRCO and an International Guest Professor at PUCP, specialising in Acid Mine Drainage and its environmental impacts and circular economy. 

Pyers Griffith, CFO, is a corporate finance advisor known for his expertise in private capital investment and project finance. With a background at Deutsche Bank and HSBC Investment Bank, he now focuses on environmental sustainability, particularly in investing in no-till arable farmland and renewable energies. Currently serving as Senior Advisor to Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc., Pyers is actively involved in pioneering the first large-scale reprocessing and remediation of mining waste in Latin America. He's recognized for his pivotal role in revitalizing Latin American Equities in the 90s and his contributions to early privatization and private equity initiatives in the region.

Dr. Gerhard Auer, a chemist with over 25 years of managerial experience in the chemical industry, has worked across various international corporations, mid-sized companies, and even US-based corporations during challenging times like Chapter 11 and insolvency. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Xtract GmbH, a technology and consulting firm since 2016, Dr. Auer also shares his expertise by lecturing on "Patents in Real Life" at universities, within the industry, and for the German Chemical Society.

Gabriel Madero brings 30 years of mining experience, leading teams in major copper projects in Chile and Argentina. He's known for turning waste materials into valuable resources and using advanced methods like geophysics and geochemistry. His current focus is on projects for H2V production and finding minerals crucial for clean energy, all while promoting sustainability in mining practices.
